Delicious Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or milk + butter for lighter version)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional but recommended)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for cheesy flavor)
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt the butter: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, careful not to burn
  • Add the cream: Pour in heavy cream and stir constantly for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened and warm.
  • Incorporate cheese & seasoning: Reduce heat to low. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and optional herbs. Stir until smooth and glossy. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Simmer lightly: Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust thickness with a splash of cream if needed.
  • Serve: Pour over pasta, vegetables, chicken, or any dish that could use creamy goodness. Enjoy immediately.
