soft-boiled eggs (optional)
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Vegetables of choice (mushrooms, spinach, corn – optional)
Instructions
Heat the broth Add broth to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Build the flavor Stir in soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Cook the noodles Add ramen noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently until tender.
Add extras Add vegetables during the last minute of cooking. Eggs should be added when serving.
