Healthy Avocado Oil Buffalo Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika1/2
  • tsp Paprika
  • salt
  • tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syru

Instructions

  • Add avocado oil and hot sauce to a small saucepan over low heat. Stir gently so nothing separates.
  • Sprinkle in the spices—garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Keep 1stirring.
  • Heat for 5–7 minutes, just until warm and smooth. No boiling, no chaos.
  • Taste and adjust. Too spicy? Add a tiny bit more oil. Too flat? Pinch of salt fixes most things.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. It thickens as it rests.
