Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional, for a zesty kick)
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (if needed)

Instructions

  • Combine mayo and sriracha: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha until smooth. Adjust the amount of sriracha depending on how spicy you like it.
  • Add flavor boosters: Stir in lime juice and garlic powder if using. Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed.
  • Optional add-ins: Add a few drops of sesame oil or chopped green onions for extra flavor.
  • Chill (optional): For best flavor, let the sauce rest in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, but you can use it immediately.
  • Serve: Drizzle on sushi, sandwiches, burgers, fries, or use as a dipping sauce.
