Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  • Mix the spices: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well until evenly blended.
  • Store or use immediately: Transfer to an airtight container if not using right away. Keeps for up to 3 months.
  • Season your poultry: Sprinkle generously over chicken, turkey, or other poultry. Rub the seasoning in for extra flavor.
  • Cook your poultry: Roast, bake, grill, or pan-sear as desired. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for perfectly cooked meat.
  • Serve & enjoy: Plate your juicy, flavorful poultry and impress everyone with minimal effort.
